On Saturday we had a really cool experience in TRC, it's a building they have here where actual investigators (some are inactives and others are investigators, but we don't know), come in and we get to teach them, it stands for Teaching Resource Center. We got to teach a grandmother and her grandson about how to recieve revelation through the Book of Mormon! Nefy (grandson) wants to go on a mission when he gets bigger, which is awesome!!! We got on the subject about how his mom had converted his father. What a strong Spirit we felt (aka we all were crying hah) when we talked about the happiness of eternal families and the fact that the grandmother knew she could be with her grandson forever. How we can read about eternal families in the Book of Mormon and have that same strong feeling of hope when we read in our own homes. These are my favorite kind of experiences here! I love seeing I can give a short lesson but it can still mean so much. The gospel is meant to be taught simply and I feel that when it's taught simply there's more 'room' for the Spirit to teach instead of us.
On Sunday, I just felt like the whole day was just what I needed. As one question after another was being answered. It's hard sometimes when you want an answer to your question right after you pray but you have to remember it's in the Lords time because He knows when you need the answer best, you just have to be listening because sometimes it'll be answered by someone else.
Today we are taking pictures and going to weigh our luggage. We got our information to leave. It's happening!;)
Ether 12:6 "And now, I, Moroni, would speak somewhat concerning these things; I would show unto the world that faith is things which are hoped for and not seen; wherefore, dispute not because ye see not, for ye receive no witness until after the trial of your faith."
Love all of you!
